• Booking Process:

  To book an event, you must complete the event booking form on our website. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the event details.

• Payment:

  Payment for the event is made in full after the event has taken place. SpinLandAU does not require any deposit or advance payment prior to the event. All payments are to be settled directly with SpinLandAU after the completion of the event.

• Cancellations:

  If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that plans may change and will work with you to accommodate any changes. There are no cancellation fees; however, last-minute cancellations may affect our ability to rebook the date.

4. User Responsibilities

As the event host, you are responsible for the following:

• Event Conduct:

  Ensuring that all guests behave responsibly during the event. SpinLandAU reserves the right to terminate services if inappropriate behavior, excessive intoxication, or disruptive actions occur.

• Age Restrictions:

  All participants in the casino games must be 18 years of age or older. It is the host's responsibility to verify the age of their guests and ensure compliance with local laws.

• Event Space:

  Providing adequate space for game setups and ensuring that the event location complies with any necessary regulations or venue requirements.

5. Event Modifications

SpinLandAU reserves the right to modify or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, equipment malfunctions, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify the event host as soon as possible and work to reschedule the event or find an alternative solution.

6. Limitation of Liability

• No Liability for Damages:

  SpinLandAU is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

• Event Liability:

  SpinLandAU is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during an event. The event host assumes full responsibility for the safety and well-being of their guests and the venue.

• Force Majeure:

  SpinLandAU is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, equipment failure, or government regulations.
